Born and raised in Los Angeles, Geno spent all aspects of his life around music. From his dad’s music room to his mom’s record collection, Geno draws his influences from a wide range of musicians. Playing tenor sax in junior high and spending days freestyling with friends were two pivotal points that helped move him along a path of music. Geno spent the early 90s rapping and perfecting the art of battle. He began performing and opening shows for artists like Ras Kass, Mobb Deep, Souls of Mischief, Tha Alkaholiks, Black Eyed Peas, The Last Poets… After spending three years in Japan, and then 3 years back in southern Cali, Geno moved to Tokyo where he currently resides, crafting beats and rhymes.

Born and raised in Birmingham, UK from a Caribbean background, Soulful Keys has always been around good music. His love for music is natural as he began playing the guitar during his elementary school years. Since then, he has taught himself to play the piano and various music software. He listens to a range of music and often joins jam sessions around Japan playing Jazz and Blues.
